a private bath. Most rooms have king-size beds, several have claw
foot tubs and fireplaces, and 1 has a balcony.
- Rates: $120.00 to $265.00 per night
during high season. Rates are subject to change without notice.

- Check-in: 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Late
arrivals may call ahead for special arrangements. Check-out:
10:30 a.m.
- Payment: A deposit is required to
confirm your reservation. We request a 50% deposit of your total
stay, with a minimum deposit of one night. A confirmation of your
reservation will be sent to you once we have received your deposit.
- Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel
all or a portion of your visit we will gladly refund your deposit if
you have notified us 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Certain group events have different cancellation periods which will
be noted in your confirmation letter. If you cancel after your
cancellation date we will do our best to re-rent the room. You will
be responsible for the reservation if the room does not rebook.
There is a $20.00 bookkeeping fee for all cancellations.
- Restrictions: No smoking. Pets allowed
in pet-friendly rooms with prior approval and $25.00 cleaning fee
only.
- Breakfast: Full country breakfast.
- Lunch and/or Dinner: Intimate dining
room and Passports Pub on site.
- Special Events at Inn: Specials and
packages including June Garden Tour, Fourth of July in Castine, and
It's Time to Celebrate.
