• Accommodations - The Inn: 3 guest rooms, 3 suites each with a private bath, and one studio apartment with kitchenette. High Speed Internet Access available.
  Long-Term Suites: 3 studio apartments with kitchens.
  Percy Inn has dedicated parking for all guests (one car per bedroom only) in our lighted and paved parking lot adjoining the inn.
• Rates: Rates are based on single/double occupancy and vary by season and room choice. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit is in the amount of the first nights stay. Most major credit cards, cash and travelers checks are accepted.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. but we try to accommodate early arrivals by storing luggage and providing keys for your return later in the day. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Luggage again may be stored until your departure. Special arrangements can be made for late arrivals and early morning departures.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date are accepted without penalty. Rooms cancelled less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival incur a $25.00 fee. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less before scheduled arrival date are charged for one night's lodging unless the room can be re-rented for the full duration of the booking, in which case a $25.00 fee will apply. We do not accept email cancellations. Please phone the inn directly.
• Restrictions: The inn is non-smoking. Children are permitted in some units. No pets.
• Breakfast: served between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m.
• Special Inn Events: Guests of Percy Inn has full use of nearby Bally Fitness Center.
• Attractions & Special Events: Old Port Historic Shopping District, Civil Center, Seadogs Ballpark, Narrow Gauge Train, Casco Bay Islands, and L.L. Bean.

• Directions: From Downtown Boston - Take the Tobin Bridge north on Route One through Revere, Saugus, and Danvers to I-95 North.
  From Logan Airport - Exit the airport following signs to Route 1A North past long-term parking lots and a Holiday Inn to the traffic rotary. Circle halfway and continue to Route 1 North. Join Route 1 North going through Saugus and Danvers until reaching I-95. About 38 miles north of Danvers pass through the Hampton Toll ($1) in New Hampshire, continue over the Piscataqua River Bridge into Maine. A state information and welcome center is located on I-95 in York, just before entering the Maine Turnpike at York where you pay a $1.50 toll. 44 miles north of the toll house in York, exit at 44 marked DOWNTOWN PORTLAND/I-295. Pay 50 cents here. 3.5 miles further is Exit 5 marked CONGRESS STREET EAST. Leave I-295 here and continue through four traffic lights to LONGFELLOW SQUARE. Stay right of the monument of poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow by turning right on State street and turn right immediately onto PINE STREET. Pine Street begins at the foot of the monument. The Percy Inn is located in the first building on the right. Complimentary parking is beside the inn.
