• Accommodations: 13 rooms/cottages/suites, each with a bath, wood-burning fireplace, and 2-person whirlpool tub. Each room and cottage comes equipped with a personal hair dryer, ironing board and iron. and a selection of personal toiletries made from the purest of ingredients. The King Rooms and Master Suite, and Tower Suite have complimentary use of fluffy terry cloth robes.
• Rates: All rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax or gratuities. Add $20.00 for each additional guest in a room or suite. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit is equal to one night's lodging or 50% of a longer stay. Credit card reservations are processed at the time of reservation and do guarantee payment in full for the exact number of nights you have reserved. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Traveler's Checks are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice must be received at least 30 days (before 4 p.m.) prior to scheduled arrival date to received refund. If cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, guest forfeits 100% of the deposit. If rooms are unable to be rebooked, guest will be charged the full amount of stay. All cancellations and changes are subject to $30.00 fee.
• Restrictions: No pets. Some rooms unsuitable for very young children.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Lunch/Dinner: Fine dining on premises June - mid October.

  From Bar Harbor: Rt. 3 west to Ellsworth. Rt. 1A west to Brewer, take business Rt. 1A (State Street) across the bridge into Bangor. After bridge continue straight to Rt. 15 north (Broadway Ave.) to Greenville. The second street after the flashing yellow traffic light in Greenville is Norris Street. Turn right on Norris Street… the inn is on the left.
  From Quebec City: I-73 south to Rt. 173 south to U.S. border. Rt. 201 south to Jackman. Left turn on Rt. 15 south to Greenville. The second street after the flashing yellow traffic light in Greenville is Norris Street. Turn right on Norris Street… the inn is on the left.
  Approaching Greenville: Proceed down the hill overlooking Moosehead Lake (a popular picture spot) and watch for the flashing yellow traffic light (we say "the" not "the first" because there is no other!). Turn right on Norris Street, the second street after the flashing yellow traffic light… the inn is on the left.
