In an atmosphere of country elegance, experience friendly hospitality while you enjoy a gourmet dinner by candlelight. Sample such delights as Scallops L'orange, Veal Oxford, Champagne Poached Salmon, Venison and many other specialties with the freshest of meats, Maine seafood and farm-fresh vegetables.

Other specialties prepared creatively are baby rack of lamb with mint Dijon sauce, fresh Maine Lobster croustades and a hearty grilled port tenderloin with a cinnamon and plum port wine sauce. A four-course dinner starts with homemade crackers and moves on to a fresh garden salad with wonderful homemade breads and popovers, and finally comes the sinfully delicious homemade desserts.

Meals are served in three handsome dining rooms or on the enclosed back porch where there is a great view of the sun setting behind the White Mountains.

Summer & Fall - 6 to 9 pm nightly

There is no smoking allowed in dining rooms.
Dining rooms are sir conditioned in the summer.
