• Accommodations: In summer, 10 rooms: all with private bath. In winter, 6 rooms, each with private bath. Available by the week is a 2-bedroom unit with full kitchen, living room, bath, and deck. A 1 room suite on the 1st floor has a glass door to a private deck with view of the Lake. There is a 2-room suite on the 3rd floor.
• Rates: Rates are per night, per couple ($25.00 charge for extra adult, $15.00 for a child under 10). Rates do not include tax and gratuities and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit is 1 night's stay or half of total payment and must be received within 5 days of making reservation. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal and travelers' checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival in off-season and 1 month prior to scheduled arrival in season for refund of deposit. There is a $25.00 per room charge on all cancellations.
• Check-in: 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Your room will not be held after 6:00 p.m. unless special arrangements are made, so please notify innkeepers as early as possible of late arrival. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Children welcome with approval (must be accompanied an adult at all times).
• Breakfast: Full.
• Languages Spoken: Some Sign Language and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Small, up to 35 people.
• Recreation & Activities: All summer water activities, winter sports and skiing. Naples Country Club Golf Course is with walking distance and another golf course - Point Sebago Country Club is a short drive away.
• Attractions & Special Events: 3 lakes and mountains. Lovely village of Naples. Flea markets and fairs. Mississippi Paddleboat called the Songo River Queen tours into the Locks and on Long Lake. Sight-seeing float plane rides available certain times of the year.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Syndi's (207) 693-3333, ... Trailside Restaurant (207) 647-8990, and Broy's Brew Pub (207) 693-6806. There are at least 5 restaurants within walking distance of the bed and breakfast.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Songo Locks, Jones Glass Museum, shops, fishing, and summer water activities.
