• Payment: A deposit of 50% or one night's rate is required. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a deposit refund, less a $20.00 service charge per room. If cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance, deposit will not be refunded.
• Restrictions: No pets. Children welcome. Smoking outside only.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served. Room service available.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Mexican Baked Eggs.
• Special Events at Inn: Outdoor weddings and receptions in summer. On 20 acres, catering tents available.
• Recreation & Activities: Swimming, boating, canoeing, biking, hiking, golf, tennis, antiquing and fall fairs. Fishing for trout, land-locked salmon, bass, and togue at Long Lake and Sebago Lake. Downhill skiing at Sunday River (45 minutes) or Shawnee Peak where you can night ski (15 minutes). Cross-country skiing on premises or at Sebago Lake State Park (2 miles).
• Attractions & Special Events: 1/4 mile from Long Lake and 2 miles from Sebago Lake, in the foothills of White Mountains, 25 miles from Portland (coast and ocean), 25 miles from Conway, NH (outlets and mountains).
