• Accommodations: 2 large suites, with king or twin beds, fireplace, private bath with shower, sitting room, refrigerator and dining table and 2 guestrooms each with private bath and shower.
• Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include 7% Maine State lodging tax. Stay of 7 nights or more receives a $10.00 per night discount. There is a $20.00 charge per night for additional person beyond 2 in room. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit for one night's stay or a valid Visa or Master Card are required to guarantee a room. For three nights or more a 2-night deposit is required. Deposit must be received within 7 days after the reservation is made or reservations will be canceled. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Balance is due upon arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If notice of cancellation is received less than the minimum required, deposit will only be refunded if the room can be re-rented. There is a $15.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
• Check-In: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Check-Out: 11:00 am. For late arrivals, make arrangements in advance.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Children 12 and older are welcome. Pets welcomed with a $10.00 charge per night. Pets are not allowed in the kitchen nor are they to be left alone in the room.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, conference facilities.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, tennis, swimming, boating, beach activities.
• Attractions & Special Events: The town of Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, Wedding Cake House, antique stores and playhouses.
