The Hounds Tooth Inn is a non-smoking, pet
friendly, four guest room Bed and Breakfast located in the

Kennebunk, this converted farmhouse and barn on an acre of

sitting room off the foyer or in the parlor library with
beautiful oak floors, walls of wainscoting and intricately

Each of the four guest accommodations are
individually decorated and feature pumpkin pine or mahogany
floors, a private bath and cable television. Individual coffee
maker or carafe is available for your convenience in each room
and your pet is welcome to stay with you.

variety of choices in the country kitchen on a large harvest
table designed and built by the homeowners. When the weather
permits, breakfast can be served on one of the two patios off

service amenities for travelers including playhouses, movies,
fine dining, art galleries, antiques, golf, fishing, skiing,
and water sports. Explore the Land Trust across from the inn
and the bridal path, ideal for bikers and walkers. Woodland
Park is nearby for heartier hikers or stroll Summer Street to
view the renowned Wedding Cake House and the grand historic
mansions.

The King's Court Suite is a
spacious suite on the ground level with king or twin beds
facing the fireplace, an electrical cast iron stove seated in
the original brick beehive oven fireplace, large bathroom and
a large sitting room overlooking side garden.
The Queen's Chamber is a sunny room
with queen bed and a large bathroom. Enjoy the view of the
front patio while relaxing on the velvet lounge.
The spacious Lord's Lair Suite
covers the entire second story of the original farmhouse. It
has two sitting rooms, one with a daybed. Views face east,
south and west giving way to a spectrum of great sunrises and
sunsets. Birdwatchers and wild life enthusiasts will enjoy the
sitting room overlooking the 12 acres of preservation land.
The Duke's Den is a bright room
with old mahogany parquet floors and a large bathroom that
overlooks the side garden and back pond. You can enjoy views
of beautiful sunrises or sink into a great full-size reading
