- Accommodations: 9 rooms, each with
private bath. All rooms also have queen or king bed,
air-conditioning, wireless Internet, and flat panel TV's with DVD
players; most have fireplaces. The Library has a fireplace, double
whirlpool, separate shower, and private porch.
- Rates: $146.00 to $381.00 (double
occupancy). $50.00 for third person (available for select rooms
only). Seasonal packages available. Rates subject to change without
notice.
- Open: All year.
- Reservations: Reservations are
recommended at least 4 weeks in advance for weekends in high season.

- Payment: Deposit is the full amount for
1 night's stay or 50% of total for stays of 2 or more nights.
American Express, Visa, Diner's Club, Discover, and MasterCard
accepted. Personal checks accepted if reservation is made at least
21 days in advance.
- Cancellation Policy: Because of our
size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation or
change of dates, we must receive 14 days notices prior to your
confirmed arrival date for a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00
fee per room. If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates
is made within 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date,
regardless of the reason, you are financially responsible for the
entire reservation, unless we can rebook your room. However, you are
always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
- Check-in: 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. unless
otherwise arranged. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
- Restrictions: Children are welcome.
Smoking is not permitted. Sorry, no pets (dog in residence).
- Breakfast: Full, 4-course gourmet
breakfast.

- Directions: Take the Maine Turnpike
(I-95) to Exit 25 (formerly Exit 3) for Kennnebunk-Kennebunkport.
Once you've left the tollbooth, turn left onto Route 35. You will be
on Rt. 35 for 5-1/2 miles in total. While on Rt. 35, you will
encounter a small rotary; go half way around to stay on 35. You will
also go through the center of Kennebunk, where you will need to turn
left and then immediately bear right, again staying on Rt. 35 -
watch for signs. At the junction of routes 35 and 9 (there will be a
traffic light at the intersection and a Sunoco station on your
left), turn left. Go over a small bridge. Take your first right (at
the monument) onto Ocean Avenue. Take your fifth left off of Ocean
Avenue, and onto Green Street. The inn is on the second block, on
the right.
