The Kennebunkport Inn's 49 guest rooms are individually decorated with period antiques and reproductions, many with four-poster beds, several with gas fireplaces and all with private baths.

Mansion Rooms (photo at top of page and right)
Beautifully appointed with rich floral and flame-stitch fabrics, the mansion rooms feature traditional white woodwork and moldings and private baths with tubs. These are classic elegant retreats with a Queen or King bed, wing back chairs by the gas fireplace and picturesque views of the village. Additional amenities include pillow top bedding, dual massage shower head, luxurious bath amenities and I-Pod Docking Station Radio

Federal Rooms (photo left)
The spacious Federal rooms feature period antiques and reproductions with the relaxing ambiance of floral linens in rich jewel colors and private baths. A welcoming sitting arrangement an area to relax in your room. Additional amenities include pillow top bedding and deluxe bath amenities.

Riverhouse Rooms (photo left)
The cozy Riverhouse guest rooms are brightly decorated in floral and jacquards. About one third less space than a Federal room; there is a smaller sitting area and a private bath with a shower. The Riverhouse is adjacent to the Main Inn, across the pool deck.

Wharfside Rooms
Capturing the spirit of a Maine beach cottage style, Wharfside rooms are decorated in soothing seaside colors that create a fun and casual ambience. With partial water views of the lively harbor, the Wharfside rooms are directly across the street from the Main Inn. Parking is available at the Wharfside building. Some of these rooms are the only rooms in Kennebunkport's Dock Square that feature water views.

Wharfside Family Suites (photo right)
For extended stays or large parties, a Wharfside Family Suite is large and spacious with standard rental style furnishings, two bedrooms, large living rooms with sleeper sofas, kitchen facilities, private bath and a deck overlooking the water.
