• Payment: Deposit is 1 night's stay for 1 or 2 nights and 50% of stay for 3 or more nights. All major credit cards and personal checks (with a credit card guarantee) accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 15 days prior to scheduled date of arrival to ensure refund of deposit. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date must be re-rented to secure a refund. All refunded cancellations subject to a $15.00 service charge.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Not suitable for children. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages.
• Breakfast: Full, 3-course breakfast served family style at 8:15 and 9:30 a.m.

• Directions: Interstate 95 (go through toll booth onto Maine Turnpike) to Exit 3 (Kennebunk/Kennebunkport). Turn left onto Route 35 South. Follow approximately 1.7 miles to traffic light at intersection of Route 1. Cross Route 1 diagonally and follow Route 35 and 9A toward Kennebunkport. Follow for another 3.5 miles into lower Kennebunk village to traffic light at intersection of Route 9 East. Turn left onto Route 9 East and go over the drawbridge to the monument (about 0.5 mile). At the monument, turn right onto Ocean Avenue. Follow Ocean Avenue for 0.2 mile and turn left onto Green Street. The Mansion is on the left.
