• Minimum stay: 2 night minimum stay on most weekends, and a 3 night minimum stay on major holidays. If cottages are available, an exception may be made to the minimum.

• Payment: The full amount for a 1 or 2 night stay is due at the time of booking; one-half of the total for a 3+ night stay is due. The balance is due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or Discover are accepted. Check deposits may be sent via mail and are expected within 5 business days of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 21 days* notice prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 service charge. If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 21 days*, regardless of the reason, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, unless we can re-book your cottage. However, you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. * For weekly stays, a 45-day cancellation period applies.

• Breakfast: All accommodations include a delightful basket breakfast brought to your cottage door or on the private patio overlooking the cove.

• Directions: from the South: Upon entering Maine, travel approximately 6.5 miles on I-95 to the Maine Turnpike entrance (a toll road), Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) North, To Wells-Sanford (Exit 19). After exiting, turn LEFT onto Route 9 East , Go 1.5 miles to light. Turn LEFT at light, continuing on Route 9 East (also US-1 North). Go 1.8 miles – Route 9 East forks to the right. Go RIGHT continuing on Route 9 East, Continue on Route 9 through two traffic lights, and over the bridge into Kennebunkport's Dock Square. Continue through the Square on Route 9 to the "T" intersection (Stop sign), Turn RIGHT at Stop sign onto Maine Street, Go straight ahead about 1/2 mile on Maine Street, which becomes South Maine Street, The Cottages at Cabot Cove are on the right. 7 South Maine St., Kennebunkport
  If coming from the North: Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) South to Kennebunk (Exit 25). Then follow Route 35 South for approximately 6 miles to the junction of Route 9 (there is a traffic light). Turn LEFT at light onto Route 9 East. Proceed over bridge into Kennebunkport's Dock Square. Continue through the Square on Route 9 to the "T" intersection (Stop sign). Turn RIGHT at Stop sign onto Maine Street. Go straight ahead about 1/2 mile on Maine Street which becomes South Maine Street. The Cottages at Cabot Cove are on the right. 7 South Maine St., Kennebunkport .
