• Open: April through October (but take reservations all year)
• Rates: Rates quoted for single or double occupancy per bed/room basis and exclude Holiday and Special Event or Weekend rates. For each additional person, add $30.00 (Penthouse $50.00 off season/$75.00 peak) per day. Cribs and folding beds are $25.00 per day. Special Inn Getaway packages and weekly rates available for certain rooms and season. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit is up to 50% of stay (100% for 1-day stays). Deposit applies to last day(s) of stay.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days (28 days for Penthouse) prior to (and excluding) scheduled arrival date for return of deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation charge ($50.00 - $75.00 for Penthouse) for each room/unit.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking on premises.
• Breakfast: Buffet continental.
• Lunch / Dinner: Special dinner, golf, and seasonal packages available in certain off-season or off-peak periods.
• Recreation & Activities: Nearby recreation/health building, world-class YMCA, etc. On the waterfront for boating, fishing and walking. Dock and float installation on waterfront.
• Attractions & Special Events: Ocean, coastline, and boat trips - whales, birds, etc. Windjammer Festival, boating, shopping, museums, parades, artists, and special Festivals and activities.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Fisherman's and Lobsterman's Wharf, Lobsterman's Coop, Kalers, and many other good restaurants.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Ocean Point: one of the most beautiful ocean and lighthouse drives in Maine!
• Directions: In Maine: Maine Turnpike (I-95) to Exit 52, continue on I-95 to Exit 28 (Brunswick). Get on US #1 thru Brunswick, Bath, and Wiscasset, Route #27 to Boothbay Harbor. After entering one-way traffic in Boothbay Harbor, take third left (McClintock Street). Turn left at stop sign (Townsend Avenue). Harbor Towne Inn is 300 feet on right.
