- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival for a refund of deposit.
- Restrictions: No pets. Non-smoking inn and property. Children 12 and over accepted.
- Breakfast: Full.

- Directions: Take U.S. Route 1 to Route 27 South. Turn left at Route 96 and travel into East Boothbay. Turn right at the blinking light onto Murray Hill Road. The inn is a half mile on the right.
