- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. All cancellations subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.

- Restrictions: No smoking. Children welcome (all ages). Pets welcome with prior approval and $10.00 per night fee (Rip Tide, our golden retriever, is paid to greet you!).
