overlooking the harbor, and 5 TV/VCRs, 1 with TV. Each room has a
telephone, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, sumptuous robes.

- Payment: A one-night deposit is required for stays up to
3 days; stays over 3 days require a 1/3 deposit. Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, traveler's checks, personal checks and
cash are accepted.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be
received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund
of deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

We promote water conservation; we use environmentally sustainable
products wherever possible and appropriate; we recycle; and we use
organic, locally produced/grown products.
- Breakfast: A full breakfast is included in room rate.
Breakfast meats are not served at the Inn; smoked fish is served on
occasion. Meals are nutritious and healthful, using organic and
locally grown produce and products where possible. We strive to
accommodate all dietary considerations when advised in advance.

located on High Street (Rt. 1), one block north of the village
center. Fourth house on right past the library.
