Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
cinnamon
sugar
butter

Combine flour, milk, and eggs. Pour into mini muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. While warm, roll in melted butter and cinnamon and sugar. So easy.
