- Payment: Deposit is one night's rate. Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, checks, and cash are accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be
received more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. There is
a $10.00 service charge per room, per night. First night's deposit
charged if notice is received within 7 days of scheduled arrival
date.
- Restrictions: The Carriage Room is pet friendly and
welcomes canine pets for a nightly fee of $15.00 per pet. Children
12 and older welcome. Only two persons per room.
- Breakfast: A full breakfast is served every morning.

Bates College, antique stores, and Hyde school are all nearby.

Kennebec Tavern, Mac's, Maxwells, and Mary Ellen's Italian Bistro.
- Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: 8 wonderful antique
stores are within easy walking distance. Bluefish Festival in
August; Heritage Days, July 4 weekend, and ample pottery outlets.
- Directions: Take the Maine State Turnpike (Route 95) to
Exit 6A (Route 295). After Portland, continue to Exit 28 (Route 1,
Brunswick and Bath). Entering Bath, stay right for the last exit
before the Bridge (marked "Historic Bath") and proceed to
Washington Street. Turn left and drive 6 blocks to 1009 Washington,
which is on your right. Park at the front door.
