- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival
date for refund of deposit. Cancellation received less than 14 days
with be charged for 1 night's stay.
- Restrictions: Children age 10 and older
welcomed. No pets. Smoking is permitted on the patio only. No
smoking is permitted inside the house.
- Breakfast: Gourmet breakfast served in
the dining room each morning.

- Directions: Traveling North:
Take Maine Turnpike to Exit 44 / I-295 North (Brunswick, Boothbay,
Coastal Region). Proceed to Interstate 295 North and follow signs to
Brunswick; take Exit 28 (Bath/Brunswick formerly exit 22) and follow
Route 1 to Bath (about 15 minutes after Exit 28). As you enter Bath
on Route 1, take right lane to Historic District. At bottom of exit
(traffic light) turn left onto Washington Street. One-half of a mile
on the left is Pearl Street. Turn left, Packard House is first house
on the right.
Traveling South: on Route 1 to Bath, take
Downtown Bath Exit just off Carlton Bridge and bear to the left. Go
to traffic light and turn right onto Washington Street. One-half of
a mile on the left is Pearl Street. Turn left, Packard House is
first house on the right.
