• Accommodations: All rooms are large and airy with private tiled baths, sitting areas, satellite TV and free high speed Wifi. The two upstairs rooms also have fireplaces and private decks. See room descriptions and photos.
• Rates: $115.00 to $220.00. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year. Check-in: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 7:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am

• Payment: To guarantee accommodations, guests need to pay a deposit of one half of the total cost of their stay one week before they arrive. The balance is due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, and personal and travelers' checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure deposit refund. Late cancellations will receive refunds only if staff is able to re-rent room.
• Restrictions: Children over 12 welcome. Smoking allowed on the grounds. Sorry, no pets.
• Breakfast: The room rates provide a full breakfast for guests staying at the Inn. On a space-available, reservation-only basis, the Inn will serve breakfast to non-resident guests at a charge of $25.00 per person at the request of the resident guests.
• Recreation & Activities: Popham Beach, Reid State Park and various nearby hiking trails.
• Attractions & Special Events: Newcastle offers shops, art galleries and antique dealers; the Round Top Center for the Arts in Damariscotta features concerts and arts and crafts exhibitions; activities at Boothbay Harbor include whale-watching, island clambakes and fishing excursions; other places of interest include Pemaquid, New Harbor, Monhegan Island, Puffin Watches, Camden, Rockport, Freeport and L.L. Bean; specific points of interest include Rockland's Farnsworth Museum, Brunswick's Bowdoin College Museums and Maine State Music Theater, Bath's Maine Maritime Museum and Chocolate Church.
• Directions: From the south: Take the Maine Turnpike I-95 (toll road) north to Exit 52 where you pick up 295 (freeway). Continue 295 you Exit 28 (Brunswick/Bath-Coastal Route 1). Proceed onto Route 1 North for 25 miles to the Newcastle/Damariscotta Exit for Business Route 1 North. After .2 miles, turn into the first driveway on your left (the Harbor View Inn) as you leave the exit ramp.
  From the north: Follow Route 1 South to the Newcastle Exit. As you leave the exit ramp. turn left on Route 215 South and proceed .5 miles to the first intersection. Continue south .2 miles (now Business Route 1) before turning right into the driveway to the Harbor View Inn.
