A large corner room on the second floor. Original floor to ceiling windows offer a fabulous view of the Damariscotta River and harbor. A sitting area in front of the free-standing gas stove allows for special moments of relaxing together while enjoying the view. Watch the flames flicker from the king size four poster bed. An oversized private bath with a "shower for two" is a few steps outside the room. Thick cozy robes are provided for your comfort while visiting.

London (photo right)
On the first floor, this breezy corner room has a white Victorian-style queen size bed. There is a private bath in the room. The original kitchen in the 1790 Cape, it still has the beehive oven and beautifully restored wide-plank pumpkin pine floors. The room overlooks its own little garden busy with birdfeeder and birdbath.

New York Suite (photo right)
This is a two room suite on the second floor of the 1790 cape portion of the house. There is a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the adjoining room. The private en suite bathroom has an antique claw foot tub with a shower. The front view is of the Damariscotta River and the back overlooks the gardens. This room can accommodate two to four people.

Hong Kong (photo left)
On the third floor, this room has two twin beds. In the rear of the house, the view is of the gardens and birdfeeders. A skylight allows you to see the bright Maine stars from your bed at night and the rising sunlight in the morning. Private bath.

Melbourne (photo right)
On the third floor, a spacious room with a fabulous view of the Damariscotta River and harbor. It has a queen size bed and sitting area with two wing back chairs. A skylight adds to the romance and charm of the room. A quiet room with a real "get away from it all" feeling. Private bath
