Each of the guest rooms at this New England bed and breakfast inn has its own special individuality, which is enhanced through the use of designer fabrics and lovely antiques and by such standard amenities as private full bathrooms, air conditioning units, cable television, VCR's, AM-FM clock radio's/cassette players, and telephones in the rooms. Four of these spacious lodging accommodations have woodburning fireplaces (we do not limit the supply of firewood), sofas/love seats, and writing desks/tables. Two have two-person heated Jacuzzi tubs overlooking woodburning fireplaces in their bedrooms, and three have private outdoor entrances. We also have a first-level handicapped-accessible guest room built to ADA specifications with an outdoor entrance ramp.

  • The beautiful Lavender Room has a king size bed, sofa, dressing/writing table, and beautiful rocking chair that you may sit in and look out the lovely bay of windows. The room also has a private full bathroom.
  • The charming Sail Loft room has a four-poster queen bed and a private full bathroom.

  • The elegant Green Room has a canopied four-poster queen bed and an over-sized private full bathroom with a bidet, fireplace, and a writing desk.
  • The large Suite (pictured left) has a room with a king bed (convertible into twins), a private bath, a fireplace, and a sofa in a bay of windows. By opening up a small adjoining but separate room, The Pocket (never sold separately), which has an antique double bed and a writing chair, The Suite is created.
  • The Garden Room, which is fully handicapped-accessible, is one of two beautiful, first-floor guest rooms and features beamed ceilings and wide pine floorboards as well as a private outdoor entrance ramp, king bed (convertible into twins), a sofa/daybed, and a private full bathroom.
  • The East Room, the other first floor room, also features beamed ceilings and wide pine floorboards, a king bed (convertible into twins), a sofa/daybed, private outdoor entrance, and a private full bathroom with bidet. The Garden and East Rooms have interconnecting doors which can be opened to create a suite.
  • The Captain's Cabin has a primitive four-poster queen bed, a two-person, 90-gallon Jacuzzi tub overlooking a woodburning fireplace in the bedroom, and a private full bathroom..
  • The Fo'c's'le has a queen bed, a two-person, 90-gallon Jacuzzi tub overlooking a woodburning fireplace in the bedroom, a private outdoor entrance, and a private full bathroom with bidet. The Captain's Cabin and The Fo'c's'le have interconnecting doors which can be opened to create a suite.
