- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. If notice is received within 14 days of scheduled arrival date, the room charge will be billed if we are unable to rent the room. A $20.00 service charge applies to all cancellations.
- Restrictions: No pets. Children 12 and over welcome.
- Recommended Favorite Recipes: Maine Wild Blueberry Pancakes, ... Cranberry-Orange Scones, ... Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies, ... Berry Trifle, and Orange Zest French Toast.
- Breakfast: A full breakfast is served.
- Recreation & Activities: Harbor town, boating, hiking, fishing (striped bass, trout, salmon, and largemouth and smallmouth bass in lakes, bay, ocean, and streams), kayaking, skiing (downhill at Camden SnowBowl - the only place where you can ski and see the Atlantic Ocean - and cross-country on 50 miles of groomed trails in state park and nature areas), and antiquing.
- Attractions & Special Events: Ocean, mountains, parks, lakes, lobster festival, arts and crafts festival, Schooner Weekend, and Christmas by the Sea. Ask about our special packages.
