The Guest House

Located on the banks of the Kennebec River with 425 feet of river frontage, the vacation rental is nestled beside the old Congregational Church (1802) with a panoramic view of water on three sides. Directly across the River is the Squirrel Point Lighthouse.

Riverview is completely furnished and sleeps up to six people. Lodging accommodations include four bedrooms with two queens and two single beds, and there are two full baths. Period furnishings can be found throughout the guest rooms, living room with fireplace, and the dining room. The new, modern kitchen boasts a woodstove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and all utensils. Also included are cable TV and phone.

Gold Room
This comfortable guest room is ideal for traveling companions with twin beds and sunny river views. The possible shared bath has a shower.
