- Directions: From points South: Take 295N
to Exit 28 or 31 "Brunswick/Bath - Coastal Route 1". At
Bath, bear right onto Route 209 South (Exit sign for Phippsburg).
Drive 6 miles; turn left at the Phippsburg Center Store onto Parker
Head Road. Continue 1/8 of a mile. The 1774 Inn is on your left; on
the Banks of the Kennebec River.
From points North: Take Route 1 South across
the Kennebec River, exit to Phippsburg (right) off the Carleton
Bridge in Bath, Route 209 South.
