The separate large sitting area can easily accommodate a third person with its twin bed. The adjoining bath has a combination shower/tub and beautiful view of the botanical gardens and water pond.

Spacious corner room with a four-poster king-sized bed dressed with custom pillows that cascade over its spread. The oversized bath has a combination Jacuzzi tub/shower as well as a small fireplace. Crystal chandeliers, in both the bedroom and bath add an elegant touch. TV/VCR and cable are provided. Throughout the year, there are water views.

Very large corner room features a queen-size four poster bed with sheer drapery canopy. This exquisite room with its European influence, is named for the original owner. Wall sconces and a crystal chandelier enhance the old world ambiance. The bath has an enclosed shower. Magnificent vista of the estates grounds. Enjoy water views throughout the year.

Londonberry Suite
Beautifully decorated with warm shades of yellow, this stunning two-room suite has a queen-size and high ceiling graced with a silver and crystal chandelier, and a seven foot draped headboard that bestows an English ambiance. This extra-nice suite is perfect for extended stays. For additional privacy when traveling with a third person, guests step down to the large sitting area with a twin bed and cable TV. A large private bath has a combination shower/tub.

Primrose
This lovely room has two twin beds, which can be connected to make a king-size bed. The soft colors of rose and creams as well as the crocheted cameo bed linens compliment the antique furnishings of this charming room. Comfortable chair are perfect for reading. The bath features an enclosed shower.

Homeport
In the Carriage House for ultimate privacy this extra-large room on the first floor is reminiscent of the interior of an 1800's ship captains cabin. The original wainscoting walls have been left in place and touches of nautical items add to this room's theme. The room features a queen-size bed and combination Jacuzzi tub/shower in the bath. TV/VCR, cable and in-room hot beverage service are provided. Private entrance opens to the landscaped botanical gardens and terrace.
