• Check-in: time is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. unless prior special arrangements have been made. Check-out: before 10:30 a.m.
• Payment: A deposit of one night's lodging per room is required to secure reservations. Vista, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee per room. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be returned, less a $25.00 administrative fee per room, only if we are able to rebook the accommodations that were reserved. Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, no-shows, and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets, besides trained service pets. Please contact us regarding children.
• Breakfast: Early morning coffee and tea are available at 7:30 a.m. in the dining room. A full gourmet breakfast is graciously presented at 8:30 a.m. Guests must provide any special dietary requirements at the time the reservation is made. The inn has its own "Breakfast in Belfast" cookbook available.
