• Accommodations: 9 private ocean view rooms, each with private bath. 4 rooms have Jacuzzi tubs, and 2 room has a hot tub. 4 rooms have kitchens, while 5 have refrigerators and coffee makers.
• Rates: are based on double occupancy (additional $20.00 per night for extra person). All rooms except Merriconeag room accommodate 2 people only. Rates are subject to change without notice.

  Minimum stay is 2 days on holidays. (Harpswell Room is 3 night minimum stay)

• Payment: 100% deposit is required for a 1- or 2-night stay. For 3 or more nights, a 50% deposit is required to hold the room(s). The balance is due upon arrival. All major credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, minus a $15.00 fee. With less notice, the deposit is refunded, minus the $15.00 fee, only if the room is re-rented for the full time and the same rate.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Sorry, no pets.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast is serve from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. to room guests only.
• Dinner: We serve dinner from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m to room guests only. You do need to reserve and pre-order by 3:00 p.m. each day. We serve lobster, steak, surf and turf, Maine shrimp, Maine scallops, chicken, and a daily special. Room service is also available.
• Recreation & Activities: Ocean activities, swimming pool, hiking, biking, and galleries and shops.
• Attractions & Special Events: Bailey Island shops and restaurants, Short drive to LL Bean, Bowdoin College, Marine Museum, Joshua Chamberlain Museum, and Bath Marine Museum..

• Directions: Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) to Exit 52. Exit 52 brings you to I-295 North. Follow this for 25 miles. Take Exit 31- Topsham. At the light go right, past Topsham Mall. Go straight through every set of lights- following signs to Cooks Corner. (It is 4.5 miles from the Topsham Mall to the Cooks Corner exit.) Go straight at the Cooks Corner Mall light, you will be on Rt. 24. Bailey Island is 13 miles from Cooks Corner. After you cross the Bailey Island Bridge, we are 1/2 mile on the right.
