• Accommodations: 8 rooms in Main House, each with private bath (5 have gas fireplaces and 2 have 2-person whirlpool tubs), plus 4 poolside villas (queen or king).
• Rates: Rates are seasonal and do not include 9% taxes. Mid-week and winter weekend specials available; please call the Inn. Rates are subject to change without notice.

  Minimum stay is 2 nights most weekends (except some in winter).

• Payment: Visa/MasterCard required to secure reservation, or mail a deposit check. Payment at check-in by Visa, MasterCard, check, or cash.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid room charge (there is a $25.00 fee). Cancellations within 10 days of scheduled arrival date are guaranteed and may be charged up to the first night's lodging, unless we can rebook at full rate.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside the Inn. Pets allowed in Room 1 and Villa C with prior approval of innkeeper. Children welcome with prior arrangement.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Lunch/Dinner: Available for groups booking entire Inn.
• Special Events at Inn: We can host small weddings, wedding rehearsal dinners, and receptions for up to 65 people.
• Recreation & Activities: Swimming pool, hot tub, and bikes on site. Full body massage, by prior arrangement. Golf and tennis nearby. Gift shops, antiques, and clothing and other stores in St. Michaels. Sailing, kayaking, carriage rides, fishing, and boat excursions in the area.
• Attractions & Special Events: Chesapeake Maritime Museums open all year with many events in the area.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Key Lime Cafe, Chesapeake Landing, Bistro St. Michaels, Town Dock, and The Shore.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Take our bikes over to the ferry and tour Oxford, sail on historic skipjack, watch sunset at "secret" beach at Clairborne, or sit on the dock at Neavitt.
• Directions: After clearing the town of St. Michaels, we are 0.4 mile on your left past the Inn at Perry Cabin to your right -- the first left after the ball fields on your left. Turn left onto Rolles Range Road and you will immediately see the yellow and white George Brooks House.
