• Accommodations: 5 guest rooms, each with private bath with shower towers. 3 guest rooms have working fireplaces and 4 have whirlpool tubs, one of which is a double whirlpool tub. Complimentary High Speed Wireless Internet available throughout.
• Rates: $185.00 to $195.00. Rates are subject to change prior to reservation acceptance.

• Minimum stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required for all guest rooms year around for both weekdays and weekends. A 3-night minimum stay required on certain holiday weekends which include the Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Waterfowl Festival weekends. We will accommodate guests on an overnight basis, but payment for a two night stay, (three night stay for holiday and special event weekends), is required.

• Payment: To guarantee reservations, a deposit equal to 50% of stay is required. All deposits are applied to the last night of reserved stay. Personal and travelers' checks, cash, and money orders are accepted to guarantee reservation. Credit cards are accepted at check-out in settlement of your stay or to purchase gift certificates.
• Cancellation Policy: In the event that you must cancel your reservation, your deposit, less a $35.00 processing charge, will be refunded only if your reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time.
• Restrictions: Children 12 and over welcome. No pets, please. Smoking is permitted outside only.
• Breakfast: A full, sumptuous breakfast is served family-style in the dining room at 9:00 a.m.
• Special Recommended Recipes: Peach Butter ... Iced Pineapple and our signature dish, Bishop's House Brie Shirred Eggs.
• Recreation & Activities: Art Galleries and Exhibits, Avalon Theatre for theatrical performances, historic tours, specialty shops and boutiques, antique browsing, public golf courses, boating, sailing, tennis, cycling, wildlife refuges and casual and gourmet restaurants.
