• Accommodations: 8 rooms, each with private bath; 2 have fireplaces and 2 have access to porch. One 1st-floor room is handicap accessible. And 2 rooms have kitchenettes and allowed extra sleeping space. See room photos.

• Rates: $110.00 to $150.00. Rates do not include tax 5% Maryland Sales Tax and 5% County Room Tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A credit card deposit of 1 nights stay is required. Visa and MasterCard accepted. Credit card will not be charged until date of arrival.
• Check-In: between 2:00 pm & 5:00 pm. Unless alternate arrangements are made. Check-Out: 11:00 am.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations received between 8 and 13 days prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a gift certificate. If cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date, no refund will be made.
• Restrictions: No smoking (permitted on the porch). Pets allowed in Lincoln Bedroom with $10.00 surcharge.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Iced Rum Punch.
• Recreation & Activities: Bikes and 2 kayaks available to guests; croquet on site. Golf and fishing nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: 35 minutes to Ocean City, close to Chincoteague and Assateague State Parks, and Seagull Century Bike Tour (October).

• Directions: From Route 50 Traveling East (From Baltimore or Washington, D.C.): Stay on Route 50 Local (Business). Do not take bypass. Just before you enter Salisbury, you will see Nanticoke Road (Route 349). Crab World is on your left, Peddlers Village on your right. Turn right. Go approximately 6.5 miles to Whitehaven Road (Route 352). You will see signs for the Whitehaven Ferry and Scenic Route. Turn left on Whitehaven Road. Go approximately 8 miles. Watch for deer and other wildlife. This road ends at Ferry and Hotel.
  From Route 13 traveling South (From Philadelphia, New York New Jersey): As you enter Salisbury you will see large signs for the Route 50 bypass. Take this Route 50 West towards Cambridge. After 4 miles on Route 50, take the Rockawalkin exit from the left lane. Continue on Rockawalkin for 7 miles until the intersection with Nanticoke Road. Turn right. Travel approximately 3 miles to Whitehaven Road (Route 352). You will see signs for the Whitehaven Ferry. Turn left on Whitehaven Road. Go approximately 8 miles. Watch for deer and other wildlife. This road ends at Ferry and Hotel.
  From Route 13 traveling South during ferry hours only: (Ferry is free and runs continuously during ferry hours). As you approach Princess Anne, Maryland, turn right on Mount Vernon Road (Route 362). McDonalds on right, Peakys on left. Follow for about six to ten minutes. Follow signs for ferry. Bear right on Polks Road. Follow three to four minutes. At Y intersection, turn left on Whitehaven Ferry Road. Go approximately one mile to ferry landing.
