• Rates: All rates are per room and accommodate two people. Suites can accommodate up to four people. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include state and local occupancy tax of 9.7% or gratuities.

• Payment: Deposit: 100% for 4 nights and under or 50% down over 5 nights. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival for full refund. Full refund within 21 days of scheduled arrival subject to re-booking.
• Restrictions: No pets. Children over 10 welcome. Limited facilities for children. No smoking.
• Breakfast: Home-baked breads, expanded continental -- fruit, cereals, rolls, croissants.
