• Accommodations: 12 rooms, each with private bath . All rooms have refrigerators, TVs, phones, free high speed Internet access, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. There are 5 vacation suites perfect for longer stays available. See Vacation suites photos and rates.
• Open: April 27 through October 31.
• Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy per room. Each additional person or child (19 months or older) in a room is $45.00 per day. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: 1 or 2 nights' stay deposit required (full payment up front). 3 nights' stays or more must put up 40%. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Carte Blanche, and debit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $45.00 service charge.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Well-behaved children welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast. (No breakfast in Suites.)

• Directions: Cross Cape Cod Canal over the Sagamore Bridge. Take Mid-Cape Highway (Route 6) to Exit 9A and to Route 134. Turn right and continue to Route 28. Turn left onto Route 28 and follow for approximately 1 mile to Depot Street. Turn right and follow to ocean. Turn left onto Chase Avenue. Continue till you see "By The Sea" Guests on the right.
