• Rates: Children under 14 free in same room with adult (limit 2 per room). Rollaways and cribs available at additional $5.00 per day. Pets are additional $5.00 per day. Golf packages (2 nights' lodging plus 36 holes of golf) available. Rates do not include state and local occupancy taxes and are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum stay: 2 nights on weekends for rooms. Efficiencies, in season, rent by the week (Saturday to Saturday).

• Payment: An advance deposit of one day's rate is required to reserve room. A 2-day deposit is required to reserve an efficiency. Balance due a check-in.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive refund of deposit. All cancellations subject to $20.00 cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Pets allowed ($5.00 per day, $15.00 for dogs). Children welcome (under age of 15 are free).
• Breakfast: Deluxe continental.
• Recreation & Activities: Swimming (on-site pool and nearby beach), golf, sunbathing, fishing, local walking tour, shopping, whale watching, dining, and sightseeing.

• Directions: Take Exit 6 (Hyannis) off Mid-Cape Hwy. (Rte. 6). At end of the ramp, take a right onto Rte. 132. At first set of lights, take a right onto Phinney's Lane. Continue straight to Rte. 28 (stop light.) Proceed across intersection to stop sign. Proceed straight through stop sign down Main Street to set of lights. The Inn at Centerville Corners is on your left.
