• Open: B&B rooms are seasonal from April thru October, while the rental cottage and vacation rental are open year-round.

• Payment: Deposit: 100% for 2 or 3 night stay; 50% for others. Personal checks accepted. No credit cards.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date or room must be re-rented for refund of deposit.
• Restrictions: No pets (cat in residence); no smoking. Children 12 or older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast.
