Morgan's Way, situated on five acres of landscaped grounds in South Orleans, just one mile from Orleans Center of Cape Cod, is a spacious architect-designed Cape contemporary catering to a limited number of bed and Breakfast guests.

The elegant yet comfortable home of your hosts, Page McMahan and Will Joy, features soaring cathedral ceilings with natural oak beams and is beautifully decorated with oriental carpets and porcelains, antique and handmade reproduction furniture, and original Cape art.

At Morgan's Way, guests relax in the luxury and comfort of the specially appointed air-conditioned queen bedrooms with private baths. Guests may also enjoy the use of a spacious living area on the second floor with a wood burning stove, television and VCR, wireless Internet access, library, a small refrigerator, and panoramic views. Sliding doors open onto a small deck with spiral stairs leading down to the pool.

A charming poolside guest house, with full kitchen and linens provided, is available for weekly rental. The cottage sleeps three people. A new custom built home is also available offering 3 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bath that sleeps eight.

A gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room each morning. The breakfast menu can be readily modified to meet dietary restrictions, and low fat and low cholesterol alternatives are always available. Page's memorable breakfasts include creative fruit courses, delicious entrees, and homemade bread.

Conveniently located, Morgan's Way is only minutes from beaches, biking, golf, tennis, antiquing, fine shops, and restaurants.

The peaceful rural setting of Morgan's Way includes a number of gardens which guests may explore. An expansive, multi-level deck wraps around the south side of the house, affording a spectacular view over the surrounding woodland. Adjacent to the deck is a 20 x 40-foot heated swimming pool, situated in a sunny location at the side of the house and bordered by gardens.

Your hosts, Page and Will, have lived on the Cape for many years and will gladly provide information on these and other local attractions. They will treat you graciously, as their special house guests.
