Minimum stay is 1 night during regular season, January through September, and weekdays. Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends, holiday weekends, special events, and October - January 1st.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations for Christmas Festival/Holiday/Special Events must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellation fees may apply.
• Restrictions: Pets allowed with prior approval only. Small children welcome with prior approval. Families welcome.
