• Accommodations: 5 rooms, each with private bath. 3 rooms have king size beds, 2 have queen size beds.
• Rates: $80.00 to $95.00 per night, plus tax. $125.00 per night for weekends of the Christmas lights. $10.00 extra per additional person. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in/Check out: Check in 3:00 p.m. Early or late arrival by prior arrangement. Check out 10:30 a.m.
• Payment: One night's advance deposit held with credit card. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, personal checks, and cash are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, otherwise full payment is due. 3 weeks cancellation notice is required if you reserve more than 2 rooms or for special events. All attempts will be made to re-rent your room, but you will be responsible for payment should you be unable to cancel within the specified time.
• Restrictions: No smoking in house. No pets. Children under 12 years of age, please inquire.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast served family style at 8:30 am on 12-foot table. Early coffee provided.

• Directions: From I-49, take the Natchitoches/Many exit, (Exit #138). Follow Hwy 6 (which changes names to University Parkway) to Natchitoches, about 5 miles, and turn left at the 4th traffic light, which is Second Street. The Fleur-de-Lis is on your left in the third city block. Fleur-de-Lis sign is in the front garden.
