- Cancellation Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed, you are obligated to honor it in its entirety, unless adequate cancellation notice is given. Cancellation notice must be received at least 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date, in which case your hosts will be happy to refund all payments made, less a $10.00 processing fee. If the cancellation is received within 3 weeks of scheduled arrival date, your money will be refunded only if the room(s) can be rebooked.
