• Payment: Credit card is used for confirmation. At most we may place a hold for $150.00 to verify your card which will be released by us at the normal check out time upon your departure. If placed in advance, this hold for $150.00 will double as your confirmation deposit and incidentals deposit which you will be asked to sign upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date (for 1 night stay) to avoid charges. Long cancellation notice may be required for longer stays.

• Directions: This water-front hotel faces the Ala Wai Canal and is located on the corner of Ala Wai Blvd and Nohonani Street. Since Ala Wai Boulevard is a one way street, in order to reach the hotel, you must approach either from Kapahulu Ave (east of the Ala Wai) or Kuhio Ave (which runs parallel to the Ala Wai). Turn left on Nahua St. Turn left again on Ala Wai Blvd and then left again onto Nohonani. Our parking garage is at the corner on your left.
