The Casa de Emdeko condominiums are located ocean-front in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. You will find every convenience here, a perfect place to enjoy the natural beauty of Hawaii.

The Condo has two bedrooms (one king-size bed and two twin beds) with two baths, a full kitchen stocked with all amenities of home, a living area with a television and VCR/DVD player, three day beds, telephone, and balcony porches with tables and loungers overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The dining area has a bar, games and books for your entertainment. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, washer/dryer, shower and tub, and lots of closet space add to your comfort.

The Complex has two swimming pools on premises, one a fresh-water pool and one salt-water. Just steps from your doorway is a sandy beach with kitchen and gas grill for cookouts, meetings, get-togethers, and special occasions. Well-maintained grounds and several gardens with waterfalls make the complex a scenic Hawaiian condo. For your convenience there is maid service, laundry facilities (our units have a washer/dryer), and commercial facilities on premises with shops, real estate, and convenience stores. All this is within one mile from downtown Kona!.

Kailua-Kona is filled with oceanfront shopping, movie theaters, supermarkets, fast food, world-class workout gyms, massage therapists galore, aromatherapists, and fine dining.

Opportunities for scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, parasailing, boating, sailing, and whale watching tours abound. You will definitely remember the spectacular Kona sunsets.
