• Payment: Reservations are guaranteed by credit card or 50% deposit by check. Full payment due upon check-in. Some holidays require pre-payment. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal and travelers' checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice for 1-night reservations must be received at least 8 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund. If cancellation notice is received less than 8 days in advance, 50% of room rate is due (minimum charge: 1 night). There is a $25.00 minimum fee if cancelling reservations of 2 or more days and cancellation notice is received at least 8 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Check-in: 2:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. Smoking allowed on porches. Children 12 and under welcome in Miss Grace's, Immigrant, Margaret's or the cottage (children over 12 welcome year round).
• Breakfast: Full. Breakfast only: $12.00 (have friends or family join you for breakfast; please reserve space in advance.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf: Stonecrest, Harbor Hills, The Villages of Lady Lake, and Spruce Creek. Hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming, boating, canoeing, and fishing. Polo matches October - May Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon play.
• Attractions & Special Events: Austin Carriage Museum, Appleton Cultural Museum, Orange Blossom Opry, Don Garlit's Museum of Drag Racing, Alexander and Juniper Springs, Ocala National Forest, Santos Bike Trails, Lake Weir, Mount Dora (antiques and crafts), and horseback riding.

• Airport: Orlando 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Love' Landing-Weirsdale for private planes is 8 minutes away.
• Directions: From Florida Turnpike: North to Leesburg (exit #285). Go north (right) towards Leesburg/Lady Lake on Highway 27 for 20 miles before entering Lady Lake. *From Lady Lake, north on 441/27, passing 3 golf communities (The Villages, Stonecrest, and Spruce Creek). 1.5 miles north of Stonecrest there will be a light marked "CR 42". Turn right onto CR 42 and go 3 miles to the Inn (on left).
  From South I-75: North to Highway 44, exit at Wildwood. East (right) 3 miles to US Highway 301. North (left) approximately 9 miles to 42 (light). Turn right on 42, Inn is 6.25 miles on the left.
  From North I-75: South to Belleview exit Highway 484. Go East (left) 2.5 miles to CR 475. South (right) 3 miles to CR 42. East (left) 11 miles to inn on left (exactly 3 miles east of Highway 441/27).
  From Ocala 441/27: South to CR 42 (6 miles south of Belleview). Turn left (east) on CR 42, drive exactly 3 miles east. Inn will be on left.
  From Florida East: Highway 19 to CR 42 (light in Altoona). West on 42 approximately 18 miles to Weirsdale. Continue on CR 42 for 3/4 mile past light in Weirsdale (CR 25) to Inn on right.
  From Orlando Airport: Highway 528 (Beeline Expressway) west to Florida Turnpike.
