always something to do or see in the area. Four top-caliber
golf courses are in the area. These are the sites for several

Close to Silver Springs and Wild Water attractions, the area
hosts a variety of water sports complemented by its lovely
scenery. Canoeing, hiking, swimming, boating, and fishing can
be found at either Alexander and Juniper Springs or the
beautiful Lake Weir. Ocala National Forest is also wonderful
for hiking, horseback riding, and biking. Try the Santos Bike
Trails for some off-road biking. For those who prefer a more
sedate vacation, take a trip to Mount Dora for antiques and
crafts. The Austin Carriage Museum, the Appleton Cultural
Museum, and Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing are also
interesting places to visit.
