• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. Deposit is non-refundable if stay is cancelled or shortened with less notice.
• Restrictions: No pets. No children. Smoking permitted in outside common areas only.
• Breakfast: Continental plus.
• Recreation & Activities: Snorkeling, diving, all water sports, tennis, and golf. Fishing for sailfish, yellowtail, grouper, etc. in the Atlantic and Gulf.
• Attractions & Special Events: Museums, bars, and restaurants.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: There are 163 restaurants within walking distance. Guests are shown a detailed map of activities and restaurants based on their needs.

  from Miami: Go West on East-West Expwy. (Some portions are toll) to Palmetto Expwy.
  Go South on Palmetto Expwy to South Dade Expwy.
  Go Southwest on South Dade Expwy (Some portions are toll) to Florida's Turnpike.
  Go Southwest on Florida's Turnpike Turnpike (Some portions are toll) to US 1.
  Upon reaching Key West continue on US 1 to Palm Avenue, turn right and take Palm Ave. over bridge it turns into Eaton Street at the lights. Take Eaton Street to William Street and turn left, Key West Bed & Breakfast is on your left.
