• Accommodations: 10 guestrooms with king, queen, or twin beds, each with private bath all with showers, some with combination baths, and some with Jacuzzi. Two rooms have a fireplace. High Speed Internet Access.
• Rates: $104.00 to $189.00 per night, double occupancy. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per room. Additional person (room size permitting) is $30.00 per night. Single standard discount is $30.00 off for all rooms except Petite Lancaster. All rates are subject to a 13% state/bed tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and check-out is available by prior arrangement only. Each is subject to an additional $25.00.
• Payment: To confirm your reservations, a deposit equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's rate, is due when booking the reservation. A credit card is recommended. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Minimum cancellation notice varies depending on number of nights/rooms reserved. 1 reserved night requires 48 hours, 2 to 6 reserved nights requires 7 days, and 7 reserved nights or more requires 14 days notice prior to scheduled arrival date. Group reservations for four rooms or more requires 30 days notice. A cancellation number will be given to insure proper return of the deposit. If the cancellation does not meet guidelines, the deposit will be retained. Please note a multiple room reservation is added together for the total of "reserved nights." For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will charged as such if the remainder of the reservation can not be rebooked.
• Restrictions: No smoking or candle burning indoors. Pets under 20 pounds permitted. Pets can not be left in the room alone nor unsupervised in the public areas of the Inn. Children welcomed.
• Breakfast: Sunday brunch at The Row Restaurant.
• Dining: The Row Restaurant on premises is open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner 5:00 pm until the last reservation is served. Afternoon tea is from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Friday and Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday except to private parties.
  The Gum Bunch Pub (full liquor) on premises hours of operation is the same as the restaurant except for happy hour. Happy hour is from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm Open Tuesday through Saturday. Appropriate dress for the restaurant is smart casual.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings and corporate events. Receptions and corporate events on site can accommodate up to 50 people. Chef Eric Waln and the on-site wedding coordinator will be pleased to meet with you to plan and discuss your perfect wedding.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, historical sites, professional sporting events, arts, tours, theatre, and more.
• Attractions & Special Events: Jacksonville Memorial Park, Saint Vincent's Medical Center, Alltel Stadium (official home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), Times-Union for the Performing Arts Center, Cummer Art & Gardens, The Jacksonville Museum of Modern Art, Baptist Medical Center, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Five Points Arts District, The Museum of Modern Art (MOSH), Florida Theater, Riverside Historic District, Avondale Historic District, The Ritz Theater, The Jacksonville Landing, The Jacksonville Symphony, The Jacksonville Suns at The Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, The Jacksonville Barracuda's at Veteran's Memorial Arena, Jacksonville Business District, Prime Osborne Convention Center, The Avenues Mall, Regency Square Mall, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Outlet Malls at St. Augustine, Jacksonville Zoo, Budweiser Plant, and Alhambra Dinner Theater.
• Directions: Due to construction activity at the interchange of I-95 and I-10, Internet mapping may not give correct directions. On I-95 South (heading South), exit at the Union Street exit (left) onto Union then two blocks and turn right onto Jefferson Street. Follow signs to Riverside Avenue and stay on Riverside Avenue (1/2 mile) until you pass Lomax Street. We are on the left hand side of Riverside Avenue. On I-10 East, exit at the Stockton Street exit and go east (left) onto Stockton. Take Stockton Street (east) to Riverside Avenue (1 mile) then left on Riverside. Follow Riverside Avenue until you pass Lancaster Street, we are on the right. On I-95 North (heading North), take first exit (Park) after you cross the St. Johns River. Go left at the light at the bottom of the ramp, left at second light, then right on Riverside Avenue in about four blocks. We are on the left about two blocks.
