Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
2 slices thick bread
1 sliced banana
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Oil
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Spread
8 ounces cream cheese
2 bananas
1/2 cup pecans

Prepare spread. Put cream cheese, bananas, and pecans in food processor and process until smooth consistency.

Cover 1 slice of bread with spread. Place sliced banana over bread. Place second slice of bread on top to form a sandwich. Mix egg, milk, and vanilla. Heat on frying pan. Dip sandwich in egg and milk mixture. Fry 3 minutes (1-1/2 minutes on each side). Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and serve.
