• Accommodations: 5 guestrooms, each with private bath. Two rooms have wood-burning fireplaces, and 2 room have whirlpool tubs.
• Rates: $169.00 to $229.00 per night. Rates do not include 6% Florida sales tax and 3% county lodging tax and are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Payment: Deposit is held with a 1-night deposit or major credit card. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of your reservation. Additional items or packages require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Traveler's Checks, Personal Checks and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days (14 days for holidays and special events) prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Check-in: between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. Please make arrangements for late arrival. Check-out: prior to 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside. Children 8 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full country breakfast.
• Lunch/Dinner: Picnics at additional cost.
• Special Events at Inn: Small weddings.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, tennis, and all water sports nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Several historic attractions nearby (Alexander Homestead is located in historic downtown).

• Directions: Coming from the south: Take I-95 to exit #311. Take Ponce de Leon Blvd. (U.S. 1) to King Street; turn east. Continue east on King Street to Sevilla Street; turn left and go north 4 blocks. The Alexander Homestead is the second house in the fourth block on Sevilla coming from King Street.
  Coming from the north: Take I-95 to exit #318. Take Ponce de Leon Blvd. (U.S. 1) to Orange Street. Head east to Sevilla Street, turn right, and go south 1/2 block. The Alexander Homestead will be on the right.
