• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to scheduled date of arrival. If cancellation notice is received a minimum of 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, a full refund minus a $20.00 cancellation fee will be given. If cancellation notice is received less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, no refund will be given.

  Driving North On SR-1 Proceed through Dewey Beach, bear right on Exit 1 A toward Rehoboth Beach, continue 0.8 miles. Cross Silver Lake Bridge, continue 0.5 miles on Bayard Avenue. The Oceanus Motel is on your left at Christian Street.
  From Washington DC: East on New York Avenue to Maryland. East on US-50, cross Chesapeake Bay Bridge, to SR-404. East (left) on SR-404 to SR-16. East (left) on SR-16 to SR-1. South (right) on SR-1. Take Rehoboth Beach Exit 1 B. Take first right turn after Exit. Continue 75 miles to stop sign - turn right on Rehoboth Avenue. Continue 2 blocks to first traffic light - turn right on Second Street.   From Baltimore: Southeast on I-695 to I-97 South. South on I-97 to US-50 East towards Annapolis. East on US-50, bypassing Annapolis, cross Chesapeake Bay Bridge, to SR-404. East (left) on SR-404 to SR-16. East (left) on SR-16 to SR-1. South (right) on SR-1. Take Rehoboth Beach Exit 1 B. Take first right turn after Exit.   From New York (GW Bridge), NY: West on GW Bridge to New Jersey to I-95. Southwest on I-95 to New Jersey Turnpike. Southwest on Turnpike to I-295, cross Delaware Memorial Bridge, to Delaware. West on I-295 to I-95 South to SR-1 (Exit 4 A). South on SR-1. Take Rehoboth Beach Exit 1 B. Take first right turn after Exit. Continue 75 miles to stop sign - turn right on Rehoboth Avenue.
