• Payment: Deposit is first night's stay, paid at time of booking. Balance due upon arrival. Stays over 3 nights require 50% of payment as deposit. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure deposit refund, less a $50.00 service charge. If cancellation is made within the 7-day window, full charge may be made.
• Check-in: 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. or by prior arrangement. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday, 1:00 p.m on Sunday.
• Restrictions: Pets up to 40 pounds allowed in Noyes Room with a $25.00 charge. No smoking (allowed outdoors only). Children 8 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full five-course breakfast. Voted "Best in New England" 2005.
• Special Recommended Recipes: Denison House Pancakes, ... Jim's Sauteed Apples, and Hard Apple Cider Cake.
• Special Events at Inn: Very small weddings, receptions, and hearth cooking.
