  Cabin has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom, sofa bed, carport, and private patio; sleeps 7.

• Minimum stay lodge rooms are 2 nights for high season and 3 night during holidays, and local events only.
  Minimum stay for entire lodge rental is 2 nights during low season and 3 nights during high season.
  Both cabin and cottage have a 4-night minimum stay during high season and holidays and a 2-night minimum stay during low season. A 1 week minimum for Memorial Weekend, Air Force Academy Graduation, and the week of Christmas and New Years

• Payment: Deposit is 50% of total or 1 night's stay, whichever is greater, at the time of reservation. Refundable security deposit for entire lodge rental is $600.00. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and travelers' checks accepted (personal checks accepted for deposit only).
• Cancellation Policy: For cabin, cottage, or lodge by the room, cancellation notice must be received more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date or accommodation must be re-rented for refund of deposit, less $20.00 service fee. For entire lodge rental, cancellation notice must be received more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival or entire lodge must be rebooked for refund of entire deposit, less a $120.00 service fee. If part of lodge is rebooked with less than 60 days' notice, the deposit will be refunded in part accordingly.
• Check-in: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Late arrivals must be pre-arranged. Early check-in is not permitted. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside; smoking is permitted on patio. No candles. Children welcome in cabin and cottage and for entire lodge rentals, but must by 12 or older to stay in the B&B rooms.
• Breakfast: 3-course gourmet breakfast and decadent evening dessert complimentary for bed and breakfast guests in lodge.
• Lunch/Dinner: Boxed lunches available upon request at additional fee. Catering available for lunch and dinner as well.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Apple Sausage Puff Pancake, ... Creamed Bananas in Puffed Pastry Shells, ... Cinnamon Rolls, ... Chocolate Fudge Cake, and Strawberry Lime Crepes.
• Special Events at Inn: Family reunions, small weddings (up to 40 people), receptions, and corporate events.
• Recreation and Activities: On property: hot tub and horseshoes. Nearby: river rafting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, horseback riding, and jeeping.

• Directions: From Colorado Springs: From I-25, exit at Hwy 24 West (Cimarron St. - exit 141). Make a left at the traffic light. (Hwy 24 West/Cimarron St.) Stay on Hwy 24 for approximately 6 miles miles until you see the signs for Cascade and the Pikes Peak Toll Road. Take a right at the light (Severy); make an immediate left onto the frontage road (Ute Pass Ave.). Take an immediate right on Topeka Ave. Your 2nd left will be Hagerman Ave.; make a left on Hagerman. Follow Hagerman up and around to the right; you will see a gazebo on the lawn, and the lodge and driveway are just after that on the left.
  From Denver: Take 1-25 South to Colorado Springs and follow directions above.
  From Woodland Park: Take Hwy 24 East towards Colorado Springs. A couple miles past Green Mountain Falls/Chipita Park you will turn left at the traffic light in Cascade (Severy), make an immediate left onto the frontage road (Ute Pass Ave.). Take an immediate right onto Topeka Ave. Your 2nd left will be Hagerman Ave.; make a left on Hagerman. Follow Hagerman up and around to the right; you will see a gazebo on the lawn, and the lodge and driveway are just after that on the left.
